AUCKLAND SHAREMARKET.

TRANSACTIONS ON 'CHANGE.

A sale was made yesterday afternoon of Auckland Harbour Board 4 per cent debentures at £90. Further business was also done in New Zealand National Bank shares at £7 6/, and Commercial Bank ordinary issue at £1 10/9. Slightly better prices were offered to-day for Bank of Australasia. Commercial Bank of Sydney, and Bank of New South Wales shares, but no sellers quoted. National Insurance sold yesterday afternoon and again to-day at 16/6. Business was also done iii Morris. Hedstrom at £i 1/. and New Zealand Refrigerating contributing issue at 9/6. Auckland Gas shares firmed to-da.v. sales being made at £1 3'. and further transactions took place in Huddart-Parker Steam at £2 5/6 Buyers advanced their price for Colonial Sugar shares to £59 15/. without a selling figure being quoted. Holden Motor shares improved a little, £1 12/6 being offered. Wilsons Cement are wanted at £1 18/6 and buyers came in to-day for preference issue of Ohinemuri Mines at 9'fi. which was recently the selling price.
