WHANGAREI, this day.
The staff of the Public Trust Office yesterday farewelled Mr. Alan Marshall, who has been transferred to Dunedin after being for eight years the District Public Trustee in Whangarei. Sincere regret was expressed at the termination of the pleasant relations between Mr. Marshall and the officers under his control, and he was presented with a silvermounted oak tray and a crystal vase as tokens of esteem.
