Dunedin left HonoI lulu yesterday to continue her visits to various islands. '1 o continue discharge of her general cargo London, the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Remuera. arrived from Wellington to-day and berthed at the Queen's wharf. It is hoped to dispatch her on Saturday afternoon for Bluff to commence Homeward loading. LIGHT FOR CAPE EGMONT. The new light to be installed in the Cape Egraont lighthouse will cost £1661, and the installation should he completed next l-ehruary. It nill be a triple flash, automatte, revolving light, and will be the first ot its hind in New Zealand, in that the flash will he caused by the revolution of a series of lenses. The light will have greater power of penetration than the ordinary automatic t.ashing light. It is believed that a light Of this class will overcome the difficulty said to have been experienced from the confusion of the existing light with the other lights in the vicinity. MORE MOTOR SHIPS. On her maiden voyage from England she took general cargo to Genoa, and thence went to Sicily and loaded sulphur for Balite I'apan.
