The project has been made possible by the Glendowie Golf Club having agreed to sell its beautiful property of 121 acres at St. Helier's Bay at an ultimate net cost price of £7700, but which is valued by three prominent estate agents as being worth not less than £ 22,000. A truly perfect site has been set aside for the club house, and provision has been made for tennis courts and swimming. Members of the Golf Club are becoming shareholders in the Country Club. The total number of members in the new Country Club is strictly limited to 300. Shares are obtainable on easy terms. As only a limited number of shares are now obtainable immediate application should be made.
