Women Wc'corned by Governor Of Honolulu. NEW ZEALAND GREETINGS. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) HONOLULU, August 12. At the opening of the Women's PanPacific Conference addresses of welcome were given by the Governor, Mr. Wallace Farrington, and Mr. Alexander Ford.
In her reply Mrs. B. Rischbieth (Wes tern Australia), head of the Australian delegation, expressed on their behalf their hope that they would take ba.rk to tho newest civilisation the spirit and ideas of the oldest civilisations. She snid the greatest democracy was found in Australia, New Zealand and tbe United States.
Mrs. C. A. Fracr. the leader of the Xcw Zealand delegation, expressed the good wishes of the New Zealand women, including the Maoris.
