NEW NAVAL APPOINTMENT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, August 12. Tho King's youngest son, Prince George, sailed from Southampton jesterday for Quebec, on the CanadianPacific liner .Empress of Australia, to take up his appointment as interpreter in French to tl}£ American and West Indies station. He will be attached to H.M.s. Durban.
