SHIPPING NEWS.

NIAGARA ARRIVED. MABAMA DUE TO-MORROW. There was a fairly heavy influx of overseas shipping yesterday, arrivals including the Waipahi, from Rarotonga, and the Canadan Britisher from Muii- i tieal, as well as the Taranaki, from t.iinborne, for final loading, for London. They were followed early this afternoon by the R.M.s. Niagara, with passengers, mails and cargo from Vancouver, while among the expected arrivals to-morrow are the Marama, from Sydney, the Cambridge, from Liverpool, and the Atholl, from Java. Several of the vessels now in port are to be dispa-tched shortly. The Northumberland, for Gisborne. and the Yarraville, for Wellington, were to sail this afternoon, while the Saltersgate and Waipahi are to leave to-morrow for Wanganui and Wellington respectively. The Niagara is announced to resume her voyage to Sydney at •> p.m. tomorrow.
