RACECOURSE GRANDSTANDS. DESTRUCTION IN HOKITIKA. (By Tolegmph.—Press Association.) HOKITIKA, this day. 'I'll e main grandstand and the stewards' stand at tho Hokitika racecourse wore destroyed by fire early yesterday morning. It is not known how tlie lire started. The main stand was insured for £U~>o, its contents for £1"25. the stewards' stand for £500. its eontents for £100. The Royal Exchange, Queensland, Northern and Guardian Companies hold the policies.
