ARCTIC CONDITIONS.
New South Wales Experiences Intense Cold. TORRENTIAL RAIN. SYDNEY, July 27. Almost Arctic conditions have prevailed in the greater part of New South Wales for the last few days. Intense cold is reported from all centres. Torrential rain is now falling in all the coastal areas, and floods are feared in many districts.
