BYRD ARRIVES IN OCTOBER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this (lav. The secretary ot the Otacro Harbour Board has received word that Commander Richard E. Byrd and his Antarctic exploration party should arrive in Dnnedin in the latter part of October.
