PLUNKET SYSTEM URGED.
SIR TRUBY KING IN CANADA. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 12 noon.) VANCOUVER, July 24. Sii* Truby King addressed the Canadian Club prior to sailing with his daughter for New Zealand by the Niagara on Wednesday, and urged Canada to adopt the Plunket system for the education of mothers and the care of children. He made a fine impression.
