ARRANGING THE ROTA.
FIXTURES FOR SESSION. DISPUTES SETTLED. The Auckland sitting of tiie Arbitration Court opened this morning. Mr, Justice Frazer presided, and with him on the Bench were Mr. J. T. Booth, employers' representative, and Mr. A L. Monteith, workers' representative. The order of hearing of cases for the sitting was fixed as follows:— July 24.—Motion for the apportioning of the estate of Thomas Kicliard Lunny; a ['plication for amendment of painters apprenticeship order; applications under apprenticeship orders—plumbers, boot trade and furniture workers. July 23.—Merchant Service Guild: Bcuth v. Auckland Eire Board. July 26. —Public Trustee v. Union Steamship Co.: -Fames v. Union .Steamship to.; Murphy v. New Zealand Shipping Co.: Davjj. v. Clapcot t-. for breach of apprentices order; E. AY. Anderson, appeal against discharge as apprentice. Hamilton Fixtures. August 7. —Application by B. J. Jones; to be struck out of list of parties to f private hotels' award, and several applications under Apprentices Act. August 8. —Appeal from decision of Magistrate's Court, Auckland Plumbers' Union v. Hamilton Hardware Co. b Disputes Settled. In the case of the-;- Hamilton hairdressers' dispute, a lull settlement was stated to have been arrived at. and an j award was made in terms of the agree-! nient. The same statement was made j in connection with the Auckland rope! l and twine worker-' dispute, and ani' award was also made in terms of the' agreement. f It was al<o stated that a complete! ( agreement had been reached in the Auckland timber workers' dispute. Owing to the absence of the. representative of one of the parties to the dispute the ea-e will be called at a time to be fixed.
