THROUGH A WINDOW.
SEQUEL TO CAR DEMONSTRATION.! A second-hand motor car in the larcre j show window of Hoyes Motors, Ltd., j Queen Street, was being started up this afternoon in order to give a demonstration to a prospective customer. The salesman got into the driving seat, but was unable to stop the car from making its exit through the window itself. The big sheet of plate glass was broken into thousands of pieces, and the car brought, io a standstill halfway in the window and halfway out on to the footpath.' \iibodv was" hurt.
