NO BABY KISSING.
U.S. PRESIDENCY FIGHT. (United Service.) (Received 12.30 p.m.) SAN FRAN'CISCO, July 20. There will be no baby kissing campaign this.election according to a decision of Mr. H. C. Hoover, who arrived to-day. When a fond mother held up her baby to be kissed, he said: "I will kiss no baby for publication," but he kissed it just the same.
