SCRUTINY OP FOREIGNERS. (Received 11.90 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Yielding to the representations of the Musicians' Union, the Federal Home and Territories Department has advised musical and theatrical entrepreneurs that in future official consent must be obtained before bringing foreign musicians for orchestras into Australia. The fullest information regarding their nationality must be supplied.
