PACE POISON DRAMA.
INQUEST VERDICT CONTESTED
(Australian and K.Z. Press Association.)
LONDON, July 13
The "Law Journal" expresses the opinion that the verdict of the coroner's jury in the Pace case, which found that Air. Pace had met his death by poison administered by his wife, was given without jurisdiction, and could be quashed by legal process. Mrs. Pace as the party aggrieved is, the paper says, entitled to a writ of certiorari.
