MILLIONAIRE'S YACHT.

The yacht Oaxaca, owned and sailed by Mr. Hancock, backer of the Southern Cross transpacific flight, ran ashore on Friday in the Wrangel Narrows, in the Arctic North of Siberia, when on a pleasure voyage.
She is ashore on the rocks and is high and dry. There are fifteen passengers aboard and 35 of a crew. All are believed to be safe.
