PARTNERSHIP DISSOLVED.
WOOD WOOL MANUFACTURERS.
The partnership between John Joseph Parkes (Mr. Maekay) and Phillip Feeding Farnworth (Mr. Schramm) was dissolved by Mr. Justice MacGregor in the Supreme Court this morning, the accounts to be taken by the registrar and adjusted accordingly. Judgment was entered by consent.
The partnership was entered into in September, 1027, for the purpose of manufacturing a material known 'as wood wool and selling and exploiting the same. In November the business had been sold to a company known as Wood Wool, Limited.
