ACCIDENTS.
The right foot of Mr. C. Scanlon, of Queen Street, Oneliunga, was crushed while he was working on the railway goods shed in Beach Road yesterday. He was removed by the St. John ambulance to the Auckland Hospital, where he received treatment. He was able to leave frr his home later.
Facial lacerations were sustained by a youth, Robert Andrews, yesterday afternoon as the result of being thrown from his bicycle when the front fork snapped. The youth, who lives at 4, Baildon Koad, Grcv Lynn, was later admitted to the hospital.
