NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application will be made to the Minister of Internal Affairs to have a Clause inserted in the Local Legislation Bill of the current Session the object of which is to authorise the Waitemata County Council : — (a) In lieu of expending the sum of £4625, being part of a Special Loan of £31,000 authorised to be raised by a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Waikumete Riding of the County of Waitemata upon the following Works, that is say : "Oratia District—Widening, Metalling, Bridge and Culvert Construction. Tarsealing, and Compensation and Fencing Shaw Road Deviation; Oratia Main Road, including Parr's Bridge, £4625.'' (b) To expend the said sum of £4625 in constructing the Oratia Main Road, including Parr's Bridge in concrete. All persons affected who so desire must lodge objections with the Minister of Internal Affairs within twenty-one days of the first publication of this notice.
