MOTORIST ARRESTED.
ON INTOXICATION CHARGE.
NAME SUPPRESSED. '
An indent agent, aged 36, who was arrested in Victoria Street, shortly after midnight on Saturday, appeared at the Police Court yesterday on a charge of being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor car. On the application of Mr. G. P. Finlay, who appeared for accused, a remand until Monday next was granted. Suppression of his name, in the meantime, was ordered.
