EARNINGS OF TRAMS.
SOUND POSITION IN AUCKLAND.
When comment was made at a meeting of the tramways committee of the Auckland City Council yesterday that the Christchurch tramways had experienced a loss of £3766 for the past two months, Mr. J. A. C. Allum (chairman), said that in Auckland during that period there had been a sxirplus of £4697. He added that the figures did not include buses.
