COMPANY AFFAIRS.

NEW ZEALAND RENNET COMPANY. The twelfth annual meeting of the New Zealand Co-operative Rennet Company was held at Palmerston North, ilr. .1. B. Murdoch presided. The report stated the sales for the past year had again showed an increase, and orders in hand for next season indicated that this progress would be continued. The selling price for next season had been reduced in anticipation of reduced manufacturing costs, and tlie directors were confident of increasing prosperity for the company. Mr. T. C. Brash congratulated the directors #011 the result of the year's working. The company had turned the corned and was doing well. The meeting resolved: "That the capital of the company be increased to the amount of £30,000 by thetreation of additional capital of the amount of £10.000, divided into 10,000 shares of £1 each."

Messrs. J. R. Corrigan, J. S. McKay, and C. H. White •were re-elected directors, and Mr. J. B. Murdoch was re-elected chairman.
