A DAINTY HAT BOX
VERY EASY TO MAKE.
(Conducted by TINKER BELL ) Dear Girls, For how long has that old cardboard hat box perched there on the top of the wardrobe marred the whole aspect of the otherwise harmonious! r blended colours of your room? Yet it is essential, for without its humble aid our best Suaday hats would soon be spoilt. Let it cease to bo an eyesore to you; Make it into * really pretty article for your room.
Obtain a roll of artistic wallpaper and a roll ot plain white Haing paper. Cut the wbite paper to fit the inside of the box, and paste into position with common " flour and water" pasteCut the wallpaper to fit the outside of the box, also the lid, leaving half an inch overlap in every case that it may be turned in. When sticking this in position take care to sea that the patterns of the paper run in the aame direction. With the lid adjusted as before, you will have a dainty little article, pleasing to the eye and very necessary to the safe keeping of your best hat.
