AN ORIGINAL IDEA IN MONUMENTS.—A memorial has just been unveiled in the Winarakystraue, in front of the Winarsky Hof, Vienna, in memory of Ferdinand Lafsalle, the iamous Socialist, consisting of a hafe baseshaped like an obelisk of rough granite' blocks, such as are used in Vienna for paving the streets, and surmounted by a bust of Lassalle, cast in bronze.
