LONDON, May 22. The Bishop of Blackburn (the Rt. Rev. P. M. Herbert) has accepted the resignation of the Ber. £. Lauria, vicar of St. Cuthbert's, Lancashire, where several riots took plaoe as a protest against the snog Eucharist; The vfcar declares that he did not use unlawful rites and ceremonies and that he taught nothing unlawful.
