(United Service.) (Received 1.30 p.n>.) ATHENS, May 22. The Cabinet's downfall is due to the decision of: M. Venizelos to resume leadership of the Liberals, two sections of which represented the old Ministry. Consequently reconstruction is necessary. The retiring War Minister, M. Venizelos is reported in militarist and Republican circles, the latter asserting that in the absence of formidable opposition M. Venizelos will establish a dictatorship.
