MAORILAND CONSOLIDATED.
The report of the directors of the Maoriland Consolidated Company for the half year ended March 31 states that Xo. 4 level had been put in order, and a start made to get out ore. A contract has now been let to drive 100 ft on the reef, the ore to be paddocked, and regular assays taken. The receipts for the six months" totalled £646 17/3. including £97 31// brought forward. The expenditure left a balance in hafed on March 31 of £26 7/1. On wago. £409 8/7 was expended, materials £64 1/11. and travelling expenses £27 9/6. Directors' fees totalled £14 14/, and salaries £78.
