There is a wide diversity of interesting subjects in this week's issne of the "X.Z. Sporting and Dramatic Review," illustrated in an exceptionally artistic manner. General attention will be turned to the fine double pages with photographs of pupils of the Epsom; and Onehunga Schools and the hospital staffs at New Plymouth, Hawera and Whangarei. The Wanganui Jockey Cfhb's meeting is represented in striking snapshots covering leading events, and there are miscellaneous racing pictures that will be of special interest. One of the main features is the full page flashlight photograph of the naval ball to the Diomedn company. A frontispiece of William Heughan, * piquante three-coloured supplement, entitled "Delicatessen," pages of brides, fashions, humour, stage and motion picture celebrities add to the attractive* ness and brightness of the issue. 3® the wide range of other pictures from local and overseas sources are ParneH Cricket Team, American Davis Cup Tennis Team, New Zealand Olympic Games Team, the King reviewing the London Rifle Brigade, latest transatlantic flight, Lindbergh's new plane, ballet dancing, etc. Football is well represented by a page showing the PonsonbyGrafton match at Eden Park, and another of Devonport-Richroond match *t Carlaw Park.
