FAMOUS SCULPTOR.
DEATH IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, May 21. Sir George Frampton, the famous sculptor who died in London to-day, made the Nurse C'ivell Memorial in Trafalgar Square and the Peter Pan Statue in Kensington Gardens. Much of his early repute was for statues of Queen Victoria.
He also did a statue of Queen Mary for Calcutta and Delhi.
