QUEENSLAND MURDER
Laycock Brothers Sentenced To Imprisonment. JURY RECOMMENDS MERCY. (Received 12 tioon.) BRISBANE, this day. At the Roma circuit Court the jury returned a verdict of manslaughter with a strong recommendation to mercy, due to provocation, against the brothers Laycock, who were charged with the murder of Frederick Turvev at Injune, near Roma.' Both were sentenced to five years' imprisonment.
