UNFAIR STRIKES.
PROVISION IN AWARDS. (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day. In the Commonwealth Arbitration Court, Judge Detheridge, in dealing with the new award for the Merchant Service Guild, sai dthat he intended to put in all iuture awards a clause that in the event of an unreasonable strike or lockout, the award shall be suspended.
