SALE OF MILK ROUND.
PLAINTIFF WINS ON APPEAL.

CHRISTCHURCH, Monday
Judgment was given by Mr. Justice Adams in the Supreme Court to-day 011 an appeal from a decision by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M. David Henry Law, the appellant, by a contract in writing, acquired from Ernest Halstead a milk round and certain chattels for £390. Law claimed from Halstead £50 on the ground that after the sale Halstead canvassed Law's customers and injured his business. The magistrate nonsuited plaintiff and the appeal was against this decision.
His Honor sustained the appeal, giving judgment for Law.
