PETITION FOR REPRIEVE.
While Allan George Norgrove, convicted of the murder of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Ernestina Mary Norgrove, at New Lynn, is in the condemned cell at Mount Eden gaol under sentence of death, his relatives and friends are endeavouring to secure a reprieve. A petition to the Governor-General was circulated to-day.
