AUCKLAND SHAREMARKET.

TRANSACTIONS ON 'CHANGE.

Although there were few sales on 'Change to-day, prices held well, and in some instances buyers advanced their offers. Colonial Sugar Refining Company shares again advanced in price, buyers quoting £60 this morning, but sellers asked another 20/. Wilsons Cement sold at £1 19/3, and Bank of New Zealand shares at £3 0/3. Buyers offered £14 4/ for Bank of Australasia, and 2/ less for the new shares.

Both issues of Dominion Pictures are wanted at £1 0/6, and Fuller's as well as Hayward's Pictures could now be placed at £1. New Zealand Paper Mills are slightly firmer, buyers offering 15/. New Zealand Refrigerating shares are also stronger, being now wanted at 17/11. Taranaki Oil shares maintained the advance, being now offered at 11/, with buyers at 10/4.
