Falling on a wet concrete path, an elderly woman, Mrs. J. Phillips, who resides with her daughter, Mrs. E. J. Metam, in Prospect Terrace, Paeroa, broke her ankle. She was alone, and a considbrable time elapsed before she could summon assistance.
