HANDS TIED TOGETHER.
BODY FOUND IN HARBOUR.

MAN NOT IDENTIFIED. IBv Telegraph—Press Association.') TIMARU, this day. The body of a well-dressed man, about 4~> years of age, was found floating in the harbour this morning. Apparently it had been in the water some months, with the result that the features are unrecognisable.
The hands were tied together \\ ith rope yarn, and attached to the body were two pieces of a heavy iron bar. There were no marks on the body nor anything to lead to its identification.
The police theory is that the man committed suicide, as there are no suspicious circumstances-.
