The club flew its Younp Bird Dei by Race from Himtervllle. The birds were liberated by the statlonmaster at 8.25 a.m., and the winning bird arrived at Mr. Bedford s loft at 1.30 p.m. Mr. Bedford wins the cup and shield donated by Mr. W. Hansen and Mr. W. J. Cuttle respectively, and the club prize of £7 10/.
