HILLSIDE CLUB. /™ he "Fibers of the Hillside Tennis Club (Ellerslie) and their friends spent a v»rv enjoyable evening on Saturday at th'e Masonic Hall. Ellerslie. the occasion being the presentation of trophies won at tournaments held on January 29 and April 4. This evening also brought to a close a series of social evenings held at various times in connection with the club. The members of the Highland Tennis Club 'Mount .ilhort) were among the guests of the evening. The following members of the Hillside . Club were the recipients of trophies Ladies' Singles.—Mrs. C. Ford and Miss C. Duncan. T le ?. s . sin P le^- —J- Bindin and C. Ford. , l-adies' Doubles.—Mesdames C. Ford and I. Taylor, and C. Ford and G. Blackford Mens Doubles.—C. Ford aril J. Bindin. and T. Markwick and J. Pickett | Combined Doubles.—Mr. and Mrs. G. ' ' Blackford, and J. Bindin and Mrs G Black-' I ford. T'>" was dovoted to musical i ( Items and games.
