LONDON, April 20.
It is officially stated in Vienna that the earthquakes in Bulgaria have caused 100 deaths.
A British United Press message from Berlin states that latest advices indicate that at Philippopolis history has been repeated and that the fate that befel the city in 1818 has been resuffered. The city has been virtually destroyed and at present there are 80,000 homeless in the stricken areas.
