WELLINGTON BLOCK SOLD

WELLINGTON, Friday.
. The property of Dwan Brothers, next to the Grand Hotel, Willis Street, with a frontage of 37.9f"t to Willis Street, was sold by auction to-day for £35,500, about £887 per foot.
WAREHOUSE PASSED IN. The four-storey warehouse on the corner of Kingston and Federal Streets, offered at auction yesterday on beha'f of Browning and Ifwerson by T. Modern, Jackson, was passed in at £9750. Bidding started at £8000 and rose by sums of £250. The property has frontages of 66ft to Kingston Street and 48ft to Federal Street.
