MASSEY COLLEGE.
PAIMERSTON NORTH'S GIFT LAND AREA OF 21J ACRES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON X., this day. The subdivision of the Mcllardy property, which was recently acquired by the borough council, and of which a part is to be handed over to the Crown for the Massey Agricultural College, was considered by the borough council last night. It was decided that the area to be given to the Crown be 21i acres. Reservations were made regarding access to the bush area, which is to be a municipal reserve, and also in regard to the cost of erection of bridges and fences.
