APPRECIATION OF EFFORTS.
Owners of property destroyed in the fire are deeply appreciative of the tireless efforts of the Fire Brigade and also of the assistance given hv the Harbour Bonrfi a firp-float. Recognition will bp made in some tangible form of these efforts. A resident of College Hill (Mr. Eade) earned the thanks of firemen and I ambulance workers by providing hot refreshments on two occasions during the night.
