AN EGG DISH.
This is in the style of a Canadian recipe and suitable as a Lenten luncheou dish. Make some bread sauce, highly seasoned and flavoured with onion, and pour it hot into a fireproof dish. Slip ion to it four eggs without breaking ,them, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and 'bake in the ovm about te"i minutes. Let 'the cheese get nicely browned.
