-Albert Bishop, aged 25, stated to be the promoter, secretary, treasurer, and "committee" of a farthing club, was brought back by his mother and taken to the police station at Southampton atter absconding to Loudon the day before the share out of the club. He was sentenced to six months' imprisonment on 13 charges' of stealing in all £40 10/. The sum of £'207 was missing.
