PARISH PRIEST FAREWELLED.
(By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) DARGAVILLE, this day. Father Delvolder, a popular parish priest, who is leaving shortly for Europe, was tendered a farewell in the Hibernian Hall last night, when Mr. A. J. Martin, on behalf of the parishioners, presented a wallet of notes. The president of the Hibernian Lodge, Mr. S. Burdett, presented the Societies' gold medal. The president of the Sa-cred Heart branch of the Mother of Mary, Miss Enid Jones, presented hair brushes. The Mayor, Mr. F. A. Jones, on behalf of the citizens, wished Father Devoider a pleasant trip and a safe return.
