NEW ZEALAND'S SHARE,
LONDON, March 23.
The Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, Lieutenant-Colonel C. M. Headlam, speaking in the debate on the Naval Estimates in the House of Commons, 6aid the Admiralty's total expenditure to date on the Singapore base amounted to £508,500. This year it would spend £228,000 pins £300,000 for the floating dock. Toward this expenditure £378,000 had been received from New Zealand, Hongkong and the Federated Malay States. —(A. and N.Z. and Sydney "Sun. )
