FAIRY GOLD.

And give you chariots set with gems, And slaves to wait upon your will. And robes and pearls and diadems." So very long ago it seems, For, ah, 'how fast the years have rolled. Since we . made up our childish dreams Of finding fairy gold. And now—my palace is a flat— Two rooms, a bath and kitchenette; A "char" comes once a week, and that Ie all the waiting on I get. I never boy tow clothes, It's true; My chariot is a motor I>n»— While in a- city office yon Work cheerfully for both of m.
