WAIROA, this day.
A young cashier, whose name was suppressed, pleaded guilty in the Police Court to-day to a charge of stealing £232 7/8 from his employers, a local mercantile firm.
The greater part of the money has since been repaid. He was committed for sentence. Bail was allowed.
