W.E.A. TUTORIAL CLASSES.
An interesting address was given by Mr. Richmond, director of the Tutorial Classes of the WJS.A., op the prMjramme for 1928, to the members of the Flexile Guild at Messrs. Dearsly's, Limited, Nugent Street, on Wednesday. Mr. Richmond* after briefly outlining the subject for the year, spoke at length on . the values of higher adult education and the poaeibilities and advantages of a more highlyeducated people, and concluded by making an appeal to •U young and old to take advantage of the W.E.A. scheme on higher adult self education. The purpose of the movement, he said, was to spread knowledge and to ftimulate thought, .and thus to in or esse the number of broad-minded, men and women, equipped to play their part a* leadens and active members of the community. A hearty vote of thanks wae accorded Mr. Richmond*
